At Benny Dean’s bakery, I am passionate about creating delicious, safe, and nut-free treats for everyone to enjoy. My journey began with a simple mission: to craft high-quality baked goods that are free from nuts, so those with nut allergies can enjoy their favorite treats without worry.

Why Nut-Free?
As someone with peanut and tree nut allergies, I know firsthand the challenges faced in finding safe, delicious baked goods. That's why I decided to dedicate my bakery to being 100% nut-free—eliminating the risk of cross-contamination while offering a wide variety of fresh, homemade treats.

Policies

Order Placement 

When placing an order, full payment is required. Orders are NOT CONFIRMED until payment is received.

Payments

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Venmo payments are accepted. 

Order Pick Up/Delivery

Once your appointment to pick up has been confirmed, please be mindful to honor that time. All appointment times will be given a 15-minute grace period. Please contact me ASAP if you will be running late to your appointment. Once the 15-minute grace period ends, the pick-up of your order will then be at the discretion of Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC, no exceptions. All responsibility for an order now falls on the customer and not Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN.

 Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer misinformation or availability will be taken back to Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC. The customer will be notified that the delivery was undeliverable. The customer can pick up the order at the discretion of Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC. All responsibility for an order now falls on the customer and not Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN.

 All products are the responsibility of the customer once you pick up your order. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or set up.  No refunds will be given after your order has been picked up or delivered.

 Order Cancellation/Refunds

 All refunds will in the form of store credit. No cash/credit cards refunds.

 Cancellation charges are as follows:

·       14 days prior to your event, 100% of the purchase price will be credited toward a future order.

·       7 days prior to your event, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the credit.

·       3 days prior to your event, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

·       If you're unhappy with something you received, please contact us so that we may work with you to resolve the problem to your full satisfaction. 

Shipping Policy

To make sure you are satisfied with the product(s) you receive, please inspect your package as soon as your order arrives.

Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC is not responsible for damage or loss as the result of shipments being returned or deemed undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply upon order, or for inability of the recipient to receive the package on the day you specify delivery. Please note: When shipping baked goods, there is a risk of damage due to movement during transport via carriers. We do not take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transport, including mold. If the package is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package from the carrier. Please ask the driver to make a note of the damage and contact us immediately, which will help us file a claim with the carrier.

We are unable to guarantee proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they are delivered to the correct mailing addresses by third party carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS), which is, unfortunately, out of our control. We are also unable to control extreme weather conditions that may delay packages already in transit. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to plan for timely receipt of packages prior to ordering. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, due to perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the order, and you will not be refunded. Refunds for damaged goods will only be given as store credit.


If you were sent items, you did not order, or failed to receive some of the items in your order, please contact us ASAP.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the claim once received. We do not pay for return shipments.

What is your availability?

Do you have a physical location?

No, I am a home based baker located in Hellertown, PA.

Where do I pick up my order?

Orders are picked up at the Giant in Hellertown. I will meet you in the parking lot next to red donation bins. When placing an order I will confirm the pickup date, location, and time.

Do you deliver?

I deliver within a 15 mile radius for a fee.

Do you offer shipping?

Shipping is available on select items.
