At Benny Dean’s bakery, I am passionate about creating delicious, safe, and nut-free treats for everyone to enjoy. My journey began with a simple mission: to craft high-quality baked goods that are free from nuts, so those with nut allergies can enjoy their favorite treats without worry.

Why Nut-Free?
As someone with peanut and tree nut allergies, I know firsthand the challenges faced in finding safe, delicious baked goods. That's why I decided to dedicate my bakery to being 100% nut-free—eliminating the risk of cross-contamination while offering a wide variety of fresh, homemade treats.

Order Placement
All orders require full payment at the time of booking. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC reserves the right to decline any order that has not been paid in full.

Order Pickup and Delivery

Pickup Policy
Once a pickup appointment is confirmed, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period will be provided. If you anticipate being late, please contact us immediately.
After the grace period has elapsed, your order may no longer be available for pickup at that time. The release of your order will be at the sole discretion of Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC. At that point, full responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Delivery Policy
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer or the customer’s unavailability, the order will be returned to Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC. You will be notified of the failed delivery attempt, and any further arrangements for pickup will be at our discretion. The order becomes the customer's responsibility from that point forward. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Post-Pickup/Delivery Responsibility
All products become the customer’s responsibility once picked up or delivered. Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC is not liable for any damage incurred during transport, storage, or setup. No refunds or credits will be issued for damage occurring after transfer of possession.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Refund Policy
All refunds will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash or credit/debit card refunds under any circumstances.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled event will be eligible for a store credit minus a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 6 days or less before the scheduled event are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Rescheduling Policy
Orders that are rescheduled from their original date will incur a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the total order cost.

Issue Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order, please contact us immediately. We are committed to working with you to find a reasonable and satisfactory resolution.

Shipping Policy
Order Inspection
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC is not responsible for damage or loss caused by:

·       Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

·       The recipient’s unavailability on the delivery date

·       Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

·       Weather or environmental conditions during transit

·       Mold or spoilage due to shipping delays

Damage Claims
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the package. Ask the carrier to document the damage and contact us immediately. This will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. Please allow 7–10 business days for claim processing. Store credit may be issued at our discretion for approved claims.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.

Returned Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, the contents will be discarded due to perishability. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless an error was made on our part.

Allergy Disclaimer
Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC does not use any peanut or tree nut products within our bakery. However, all items are prepared in a home kitchen that may also process other common allergens, including:

·       Eggs

·       Soy

·       Wheat (Gluten)

Customers are responsible for notifying their guests of any known allergies. If you have any specific allergen concerns or ingredient questions, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Custom Order Policy
All custom orders are subject to availability and must be approved before production begins. Pricing is based on the design, detail, and complexity of the request.

Reference Photos
Inspiration images are welcome, but final designs are completed in the unique style of Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC. Exact replicas are not guaranteed.

Color Variations
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting, ingredients, and dye variations. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Photography and Marketing Use
Benny Dean’s Bakery LLC reserves the right to photograph all completed orders and use these images for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes, including social media and our website. We will never share personal event details or customer information.

Weather Disclaimer
We are not responsible for the condition of any products once they have been picked up or delivered, especially if exposed to heat, direct sunlight, high humidity, rain, or other weather conditions. Please take proper precautions when planning outdoor events, storage, or transport of baked goods.

Product Variations
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, there may be slight variations in color, shape, texture, or decoration from one item to the next. These natural differences do not affect the taste or quality of the product.

What is your availability?

My availability varies throughout the year. Please check my calendar for the most up to date information.

Do you have a physical location?

No, I am a home based baker located in Hellertown, PA.

Where do I pick up my order?

Orders are picked up at the Giant in Hellertown. I will meet you in the parking lot next to red donation bins. When placing an order I will confirm the pickup date, location, and time.

Do you deliver?

I deliver within a 15 mile radius for a fee.

Do you offer shipping?

Shipping is available on select items.
